buy-back-links.com ("we", "us", "the desk") sells backlink placement services across a network of websites we own and operate. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
We place backlinks — niche edits, guest posts and brand-mention links — on real websites in our network, according to the package you purchase. We provide a delivery report listing the live placement URLs once the work is complete.
We sell placements, not rankings. Search engine results depend on many factors outside our control — your site, your competition and search-engine algorithms. We do not and cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue, and we make no claim that any link is "Google-safe" or risk-free. Buying links carries inherent SEO risk, which you accept by ordering.
Typical delivery windows are shown per product and per package. Larger orders are fulfilled in batches so links land steadily. Timelines are estimates, not contractual deadlines, and may be affected by content, niche or third-party site availability.
Placements are sold as permanent. Because we own the sites in our network, your links are not subject to third-party removal and we do not take them down. In the rare event a site in the network is retired or sold, we will re-place your link on an equivalent owned site at no charge. This guarantee covers the link remaining live — it does not cover ranking outcomes, manual actions, or links you ask us to change after placement.
One-time packages are charged in full at checkout. Monthly packages renew automatically until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time effective from the next billing cycle. Prices are shown in USD and may change with notice; changes do not affect orders already paid for.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders for content that is illegal, hateful, or that we judge harmful to our network — including but not limited to certain regulated or adult verticals. Where we decline an unstarted order, we refund it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost rankings, traffic or revenue.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
